When I was in college, one of my professors assigned a project that required me to draw a metamorphosis. You know, like a cacoon changes to a butterfly. Driving home from class that Autumn night, the fallen leaves, wind swept were captured in my headlights. The leaves were jumping, twirling, and defying gravity, while they danced to the music of " The Aspen Ballet".

"The Aspen Ballet" 18"x14" oils or acrylics on stretched canvas.
